What are some good book ideas? To write I mean, of course!

Ive had writers block for forever. I'm open to any ideas just give me a plot and a title.

I'll never forget the day I woke up to the smell of a fire. Immediatly I called for my mom and dad but there was no answer. I knew they had to be alive, I knew I would not be able to force myself back under the covers and pretend like nothing happened. All I could here was burning, the fire destroying the entire house. I then forced myself to move my lungs where filling with smoke. I grabbed a towel and put it up to my mouth to breathe. As I ran out the door I prayed only one thing ; that is that I wasn't alone.

"Who done it" are GOOD books to read.

Something based on a true story. There are seven posthumous and three loving Medal of Honor Recipients from the Afghan/Iraq war whose stories would make amazing books.

I would say a Post-apocalyptic story. Maybe something after a war, or over half of the people on the planet has disappeared and groups start turning against each other.

Sounds a lot like the book called:
The Leftovers

and Metro 2033 and some other books. but you can always add another story line to the exiting world of post-apocalyptic. the excitement of meeting bandits, the struggle for food and water and the new phenomena's in the new word of danger.
