charlie brown- coldplay, sweet disposition-the temper trap, chasing the sun-the wanted, want u back- cher lloyd, na na na-one direction. those are a few from my running playlist but anything up-beat and fast should be good :)
wouldn't that be your choice, some people like katy perry's music but others hate it, music is good only if the person decides if it is good, for all we know to some people the hokey pokey could be the best song in the world, you choose in my opinion-linkin' park's breaking the habbit-some people choose songs that speaks to them, others like to party rock anthem. your decision here :)
if u hate rock u cn go for slow rock.. By whte lion.. Lyk you are all i need, till death do us apart,, i remeber you by skid row.. Dz r some of d old songs if u want nw 1 u cn listn to payphone by maroon5, wide awke by katy perry, drive by.. By train.. Etc2 or jst go to mp3skull.com u cn see da most song wch peoples download n listn to it!!
But beyond an excellent inspirational song, you need an inspirational diet and exercise plan. Drink freshly pressed, organic vegetable juice, potatoes and such. An excellent form of exercise is rebounding. I love bicycling, but most roads are too dangerous and stationary just makes me miss cycling. Swimming in water without chlorine is also an excellent exercise. But rebounding wins the gold for exercise that is good for you. Look into the lymphatic system and what rebound does for it. Remember these words, serious business here.

Go to Podrunner: http://www.djsteveboy.com/podrunner.html There are free-to-download mp3 mixes made JUST FOR RUNNERS, JOGGERS, ELLIPTICALS, and POWERWALKERS. Each mp3 selection is normally one hour long (some a little more). The beat STAYS CONSISTENT the entire time. Go to the website and click Archive.... mp3s are listed by beats per minute (BPM). As a reference, I run on my treadmill at 5-1/2 to 6 mph....which is 140-145 bpm. I use 118-120 bpm for my elliptical. That may help you gauge what to pick. There are also Interval selections that alternate speeding you up and slowing you down. The website also offers their version of Couch-to-5K program...select MIXES from the left menu, and click INTERVALS....along with 8K and 10K programs. Hope this helps.
