How do you restore a deleted file without logging in to your computer?

You will double click on recycle bin and see if it is there; it should be there unless you used a program to permanently delete it. If it isn't there, click Start, Search and use the 'When was it modified?' option. See www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000342.htm for more tips.

it wont let me log on so i cant get to the recycling bin
