My dog scoots on his belly on the grass why would you think he does that?!

I dont know if he's lazy or he's scratching something!

He either loves the cool grass, loves to scratch himself, or he may have fleas. Check for them. Also if he gets red spots on him, do not worry, they are just a bug called chiggers. To remove them rub alcohol on the spots to kill them.
