be on a healthy diet and exercise and more etc. try weight watchers online thats what im trying for to weight watchers online with the food and make sure you exercise with the food you eat or you gain more weight. :)
As much as one may hate to do it....The most effective and permanent way to loose fat is to exercise.And then don't forget to stop eating the foods that cause excess fat in the first place.
Cut your carb intake as low as possible safely, then your body will start breaking down fat. If your a diabetic talk to your doctor first.
