Your best bet is to contact CS using the form here http://asksupport.custhelp.com/app/ask They can dig deeper than I can into things, but at a quick glance over the last 12-15 hours you answered about 30 questions. Not sure when you received the 12-hour message, but CS can look into things for you and let you know what may be happening as well as create a ticket if there is an issue that needs to be fixed.
I don't see how Ask is tellin anyone to take a break this Summer! This place has turned into a straight up bore in the past week, so if they keep tellin people to take a break then there really won't be anything going on here!!
