Oh Yea! False Reporting is the charge! If a person said they did that to someone else and that person suffers for it then your liable in civil court. If you do it in a court case it is also chargeable!

If they get caught yes. But if they don't ever get caught then, that answer is obvious.

he did get caught theres a recording of him saying it and the cops have been investigating it for a good couple of weeks.

yes. and they dont even go to jail because you would get tried for raping then of course you get tried for lying which is an offense like ^^ said
