How do you get hair to grow long real quick

Once a day (with dry hair) turn your head upside down and brush your hair. It sounds crazy but it opens cells it your head or something (: also don't brush your hair when it's wet.

when you are washing it wash it in cold water .
and dont brush it when its wet.

Spironilactone and thyroid internally (u get it from a doctor.) and then externally, put that stuff on your head that grows hair on balding men. U can get it cheaper at a Sam's or Costco's. At Sally's u can buy shampoo to grow hair quickly too.

Take a daily prenatal vitamin - if you are female. Your hair & nails will grow quickly and your hair will be thick & shiny!

I use Mane 'n Tail shampoo. The bad part is I have thick hair and it makes it a little thicker. And also not washing hair everyday doing that strips the oils. It you have oil hair even after washing try rinsing you hair with cold/warm water it helps. Or well helped me. Good let
