How do I get broad based Power of Attorney for aging parents ?

Report as

A power of attorney that gives you broad powers is known as a general power or attorney. To get this done, just write the power of attorney on plain paper, clarify the assets involved, and then both you and your parents should sign it. Two witnesses, preferably one should be an attorney, should also sign this document.
