Why does Goofy stand on two legs when Pluto remains on four? They're both dogs are they not?

Because they are cartoons, and in cartoons anything can happen.

Yeah, but we have to assume Goofy is a higher form of evolution in the Disney world. Lol. He can stand upright and speak.

Cause I guess Goofy is a talking character and Pluto is a pet. Besides anything can happen in cartoons.

because goofy had relations with a retarded beagle thus pluto was born without the brain capacity to stand on his hind legs

Because if you bring a dog into a house they become part of the family. If they are in a dog house outside they are just an animal.

Hi! The name Pluto reminds me of the planet. Which is now not considered a planet. I would like to honor Pluto as a Planet and as a dog. Goofy makes you smile. When someone is acting "goofy" it's giddy! They both weigh equal on my scale. Pluto is still important and goofy makes you smile! Have a great day!
