Should I use 30 vol or 20 vol to bleach my dark brown hair?

Hi, right now I am in colombia on vacation, and I am planing on bleaching my hair here... I know that in america 40 vol is the most powerful, and that you should not use that because its SUPER damaging to your hair... So I had planed on using 30 vol for my hair, but when I went to go pick up the bleach for my hair, the woman said that the most powerful one is 30 vol... So I want to know if I should use 30 or 20 vol... Is 30 vol here the same as 40 vol in america? Help!!! I dont want to completely kill my hair!!!

I would suggest you use the 20v to bleach your hair. This is a bit less powerful and you will manage to keep your hair in good condition without damaging it. You may consult other beauty stores.
