Can toothpaste actually help get rid of pimples?

Never heard of it but i heard regular medical alcholol will get rid of them

Yes it works really good!!!!!!!! I know this from personal experience :) Btw it's supposed to dry your skin out!!!!!

I tried it and it seemed to work a little, but it really dried my skin so those spots that I had pimples were really dry and scratchy. I haven't used it in a long time. I have also heard that isopropyl alcohol will help too.

It works rubbing alcohol works too but it strips your natural ph balance re: drying skin, so in turn you're skin will produce extra oil and you will look greasy

Yes but only put it on the pimple. Be ready for the spot to dry out and make sure you use a non gel non whitening toothpaste.
