During the tribulation, there will be terrible wars, famines, plagues, and natural disasters. God will be pouring out His wrath against sin, evil, and wickedness.
I believe, that believers will be removed before this time, but there will be people who become believers during the tribulation and they will suffer great persecution. "When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of birth pains." Mark 13:7-8

But Israel refused his preachings, so Jesus said go unto all the world and preach

Correction: Jesus said go to all the nations, not to the whole world. The word "nations" was synonymously used for "tribes". It doesn't matter whether Israel refused the teachings of Jesus or not because he was only sent to them (Garrett was right).

Nations. Peoples. Tribes. Ethnic groups. It's all the same word. Israel only had one remaining tribe. I doubt he was speaking solely of Samaria, though I'm sure he didn't have the Anericas in mind.

Main event will be the rise and rule of the person we call the anti-christ.
