Hello im a personal trainer from arizona. And I help people like you everyday.ok so you want to lose 30lbs in a month? Well its not impossible thats for sure.here is my suggestion.when you wake up in the morning drink a bottle of water then 45 mins to an hour eat your first meal .maybe two eggs with out the yolk and a piece of wheat toast.then try eating smaller meals every 2 1/2 to 3 hours this will get your metabolism going pretty good . Meals should consist of 350-400 calories. a total of 2,000-2,200 calories.try to incorporate a piece of fruit with each meal and taking a multi vitamin.and remember to keep drinking water through out the day.try to have your last meal no later then 6:30pm. Calories consumed during your inactive hours =bad news because it turns into fat. So try and stay busy most of the day.you will be surprised on how just eating right will make a huge change.i dont call it a diet I call it a lifestyle change. I dont know your goal weight but try to set smaller goals for the month instead of one big goal because you dont want to feel pressured or overwhelmed. Try eating lean meats with veggies and fruit.also if you are going to eat out make good choices. I like subway (roastbeef) on wheat with lots of veggies.just an example. And do stay away from processed foods they are killers. if your working out try and switch your routine every 4 weeks.to shock your body because our bodies are smart and they will adapt quickly to the same old boring routine.well good luck to you and best wishes.
That is a lot of weight to lose in one month. It will depend on your metabolism and your caloric intake. It is best to check with your doctor about any diet that you plan to use. A reasonable amount of weight to lose would be more in the area of 1 to 2 lbs a week.
