The agitator usually feels insecure and typically exhibits low-self esteem. They typically bully smaller or less-physically imposing people simply as an attempt to feel adequate about themselves in their own eyes.

Bullies have usually gone been through a difficult adolescent period and/or have been physically or emotional abused.

because they are insecure about themselves and it makes them feel more in control and better about their own problems.

They try to act cool and tough in front of others. And it's not because they are jealous or insecure, people just say that to make you feel better, it's not true AT ALL! THEY ARE TRYING TO ACT COOL. Their is no other reason.

It's never thought about what the BULLY goes through. Bullying is so common these days because of parents who don't participate in the child's life and they begin to think nobody cares. Bullies bully because they are being bullied...
