How can I eat solid foods, like spaghetti, bread, and more, when I can't even chew, because of how bad my teeth hurt?

I know I've been asking a lot of questions about my braces, but this is like my first time wearing them. Sorry :(

But I really need some advice or something. I don't want to end up losing weight cause I can't even chew solid food or eat any food at all.

Every time I try to eat any kind of food, except for liquid food, my teeth sends a sharp pain throughout my whole mouth and it hurts so much that I want to cry. I can only drink liquids. I'm very hungry, because I couldn't even eat. I'm already naturally skinny with a fast metabolism and I need to eat.

I don't know what to do. Each food I eat, my teeth will hurt so much. I also, have braces too. So, that's another reason.

I took 2 pain relievers. Nothing helps. I also tried warm salt water. It doesn't work.

How am I supposed to eat if I can't even chew because of how much pain there is?

Please help.

you may try Oragel that's used for infants when they are teething. This will provide a numbing effect allowing you to eat. Also consider a nutritional drink for now or a smoothie.

Should I put it on the base of my teeth, or on my braces?
