If my hair was blonde and I put a 5RR from matrix on it should it turn out a bright red?

If your hair is blonde you are not lifting color but depositing I would only use 10 vol peroxide

It should. I would use a 20vol.

Yes you only need 10volume

If you are making hair darker you only want to use 10 vl. It's less damaging
