Can anyone help with this?

there's this guy we were best friends and then we dated it ruined our friendship and I miss our friendship any ideas on how to be great friends again I try telling him about it too. any ideas?

It's something you won't be able to force. Probably friendly overtures and a lot of time will bring you back together as friends. It might never happen, but then again, there's no real reason that it couldn't. Just make sure he understands that you're not trying to regain the relationship. Ask him to think about being friends again, then leave it up to him.

Well first of all tell him that you miss being friends then ask him to go with you and some of your friends to a restraunt/movieetc.(:
