I didn't keep track of time. I have braces. First, they lightly dab a special glue on your teeth. Next, they press the brackets onto your teeth. Then, they put a device up to your teeth to dry the glue. (I think.) Finally, they put a wire on your braces, tighten it a little, then they put little colored rings on your brackets. You can get 1 of the many colors they have.
It really does depend on what procedure your orthodontist will take to install them. Some people have the top placed before the bottom or vice versa. Others have both top and bottom placed at the same time. But I don't think it took that long to get mine on. Maybe 45 minutes? But then again, it all depends.
Usually about an hour and a half. I was asking my friends becausei have to get braces, and they told me about almost everything.>.< i have to get the bottom one's because my lower jaw i guess is more in than its suposed to. Im happy about that cause when i smile you only really see my top teeth. But i have to get top ones for about a year and a half. So im just glad ill have the top ones off before i start high school.(im going into 8th grade)
