buy a blender and some whey protein and make a smoothie with fresh fruit and %1 skim milk a shake has 300 calories and 32 -64 grams of protein and other amino acids low carbs i drink two a day and that is 2 of my 6 meals. if you eat smaller meals but more frequently it will do wonders. :)
