What is the best safe children's e-mail for free?

My sister said she wants a e-mail. But I think it's to unsafe for her. She wants to send mail to my dad across the country in a business trip. So what's the safe most safe and fun e-mail of all for kids for free???

aol.com was my first email, and it was a good start. I got mine for the same reason, probably 5 years ago, and nothing has ever happened.

I think all emails are relatively safe. Just do not give your email address to anyone or anybody you do not know. Ask your parents too, they may want to keep an eye on it too.
