I need help with R & C F : ToD. I beat the Black hole level, but the loading screen after lost the sound and went on forever. Help!

And before you say anything about the game data, I deleted it and reloaded it onto the system multiple times, and it didn't work. I also got another copy at gamestop, and the same thing happened.

The problem might not be the game, but your hardware. Try resetting everything to default then setting it up according to the game specifications and you will be good.

Sounds promising, but the question is, how do I do that? Is there a menu on my PS3 that lets you do that, and if so, what are the requirements to R&C? Or where can I find them. Nevertheless, I'll give it a shot.
