Does anybody know about Vincent van Gogh

Ok well i know A LOT about him an i can go on and on about him,but here are some pointers:
Vincent Wilem van Gogh(1853-1890)Age 37

He was insane
He was a french impressionast
He was having a fight with a man and he took a razor and tried to take off his ear, after the fight Van Gogh took his own ear and sent it to his love, a woman named Rachel
Van Gogh was put into an alysum(not sure if i spelt this right) he went insane and he tried to eat paint

Even if the great Van Gogh was sort of a nut case he had many amazing paintings:

The starry night
Sunflowers
Irises
Poppies
The bedroom
Blossoming
Almond tree
The mulberry tree
The potatoe eaters
Before and after
At eternitys gate

So these are just the things off the top of my head

He's been dead for 112 years how do you expect anyone that's still alive to know him, but I'm sure there is many that know of him. Edit: I read that too fast, I thought it said "does anyone know Vincent van Gogh"

He cut his own ear off and sent it to the woman he loved. He also drank a lot of absinthe
