What's the best way to cook a hamburger?

rare, medium rare,medium, medium well, well done and WHY?

Everyone has their own tastes. There is no correct answer to which degree a burger is cooked. The only concern would be cooking food until it reaches the temperature that kills any bacteria.

That should be fine. Just ensure you get your beef from a safe source, and practice safe handling.
