Nicholas vs Dark Heart: Which of these "Care Bears" villains would win in a fight?

If Nicholas (with the Spirit/book) from "The Care Bears Movie" fought against Dark Heart from "Care Bears Movie II: A New Generation" who would win?

I think Nicholas from The Care Bears Movie would win the fight. This is considered so because Dark Heart looks softer than Nicholas. Nicholas looks evil and rough as compared to Dark Heart. However, unless a series comes out of the two fighting, we'll never know who could be the winner.
