anyone besides me mad @ chief justice John Roberts who calls himself a conservative, and yet votes for Obama care even Kennedy voted no ?

I am but he's obviously not a conservative. However, he may have helped a bit by classifying it as a tax.

yes he definitely proved he was not a conservative in any form today.

As if there's a discrete definition for a conservative. Doesn't matter which party you align yourself with, you're still free to have your own point of view.

yes we all have our own opinions but where does this end whats next?

I will pay the same amount of tax, give of take, and a few hundredths of a penny will be used for a fellow lad's new dentures. The other thousands of dollars will be spent to buy missiles to blow up Iraqi citizens. I have no choice in neither matter and that's that.
