How can I train myself to run longer?
Try running about 15 mins every other day for bout 2 weeks then slowly increase to 20 min. Also find a public place/park and pull motivation from other runners. Hope it works. Good Luck

i would add a few minutes each day
find a friend to run with for motivation and set goals
Run for like 5 min today and 6 min tomorrow and 7 min the next day and so on. Then, stop at like 30 min or so and then start again and then you'll be running for a long time.
Run more and more each day or week depends
