Technically no since your an adult but I would assume you might still be in school therefore still need her unless if your suffering from abuse you shoul seek help!

If you have a job go rent an apartment. If you have nowhere to go follow her rules and curfew or she can kick you out. She can't force you stay if you're trying to leave but if it's a curfew problem she can force you to leave if you don't follow her rules.
