Why does my legs keep cramping?

the other day i was swimming and i paddled with my legs really hard and all of a sudden i felt a sharp pain in my thigh, it felt really uncompfertible as if my muscles were pulling and not letting go. and a week before that my calf cramped when i was sprinting. why does this happen?

You maybe dehydrated or have low potassium or electrolytes. Try drinking so Gatorade or other sports drink before you exercise.

Rest and consume lots of potassium and calcium (bananas and possibly milk)

Your potassium may be low. Try eating bananas or something.

maby u just ate or dont exercise much
