My instagram is being stupid?

okay so I have an iPod touch and it's connected to wifi right now. I went even to the places with the strongest signal and instagram wouldn't refresh the feed. so I logged out of the wifi, logged in again, still no luck. then I deleted and re-installed the app. STILL no luck. so I went into my safari and other websites opened up, so I tried to go to the mobile, Internet version of instagram. it wouldn't load, yet other websites worked out just fine. what's going on??
