Why does my iPhone 4s keep on turning itself off like two and three times a day? What is wrong with it ? I have it in a case w/ magnet flap

Magnet is draining it. May be to strong.

No. I mean it freezes up and won't turn back on I have to push at the same time the on button and the home button to Make it come back
On. Is it possible the magnet is causing it to freeze up?
