How can one own and operate a no kill animal adoption and rescue center in Louisiana? Esp. if you have the $$$$

I'd love to have the money and land to do that -- I'm such a dog-lover! If you do have the resources, try contacting the Humane Society. I'd think they'd have info about it. Good luck!
