My hamster got bit in the head, what do i do? it was just a missing fluff of fur, next day its split open and now its a hole? what do i do?

my syrian male mated with a syrian female, and afterwards i noticed my male was missing a little tiny few pieces of fur, on his forehead, next day 36 hours later, its now split open, no bleeding but its now like a hole, size of a black pepper seed, do i need to take him to a vet? what do i do? please some one tell me, first time breeding my hamsters

Yep. He needs to go to the vet to be examined and avoid infection.
