Read Below. instagram problems?

so my instagram isnt working. first I tried to refresh it, and it didn't work, then I restarted the app, that didn't work, then I completely deleted the app, regot it, tried to log in and it didn't log in. it said I had something wrong with my wifi when I had 3 bars. I got instapad and that wasn't working either. I deleted instagram again then turned off my iPad, got it again but it still didn't work. has this happened to you?

They are having technical issues due to storm damage.

Yes the storms last night blocking the signal. This is like the 5th q today about instagram

instagram isnt working for anyone. look on twitter everyones having a fit about it.
