What are some things to do on the island of Maui?

My family and I have been to Maui a couple other times. We have done the Road to Hana, Whale Watched, and have gone to beaches and reefs many times. What other things would you recommend?

Examples of things you may do on the island of Maui are watching the sunrise at Haleakala, driving to "Heavenly Hana" or snorkeling and diving in Molokini. Visiting the place would give you a chance to learn more about interesting things in the place.

What do you mean?! Of course there is a ton of activities to do on Maui and the Hawaiian Islands in general, but I am just looking for something that is off-the-beaten-trail and something that is not such a tourism hub. I am just looking for some personal recommendations by people that have visited and done these activities as well. I have a ton of books on Hawaii and what to do, where to eat, and what to see. I am just looking for some people that can relate and give some unique ideas. Don't be so quick to judge.

I'm not judging, there's ton of thing to do there. I was over there for four years. I had fun when I got to know the locals you get off the beaten path that way.
