What are some good games like Mafia? (Please Read)

I am looking for a game similar to Mafia 2. I already have Mafia 2, Mafia, Saints Row The Third, Saints Row 2, Saints Row 1, all the grand theft auto games and L.A Noire. are there any games like the games on this list? I like games where you can be a cop or where a cop can pull you over and ticket you. are there any games like that?

Well I know an old game but it's exactly what you want but it's an old game called true crime.
