What level can my sims get married on sims freeplay for iPod touch ?

I think it's level 10 but remember that you need to get through lots of goals until you get to the "get engaged" then you buy a ring and get married. After you get married you buy a cradle then tap on it to have children.

On Sims freeplay Sims cannot get married or have children. :)

I thought you could I used to have it and was married but didn't have children. I was bored and deleted it.
