Stretch out all muscles and practice the splits and learn to do a backbend. Practice for a while till you master them and you'll be very flexible. Also take gymnastics it will help you a lot it helped me too. Hope this helps please follow if it does. :D

Training in a school of yoga, kung fu, acrobatics, gymnastics, ballet...
With time and effort to get to be flexible.
