What do you look for in a good teenage babysitter? (I am the babysitter.)

Because right now we are sitting on the couch reading I've cream and watching iCarly. But we've already done dress up and school. Btw, I'm 14
Bottom line, would you hire me?

Responsible, caring, and fun, so the kids don't get bored.

S/he will respect ur kids and take care of them & make sure the kids qill have fun with him/ or her

I herd my mom say this: You need love responsibility and compassion and concentration to be a baby sitter do not goof off and remember all the rules. but most of all have FUN!

First of all you have to be responsible. Besides that, just give the kids attention (which it sounds like you're doing). Don't be the kind of babysitter who watches tv and tells them to go play. Oh, and clean any messes made while you're there.

What do you mean not the kind that watches TV and plays? We are all playing together. Like now, they are getting ready for house and go seek!
