Do most drivers NOT know that once they make a decision to be in a lane-between two SOLID white lines-that they cannot cross or change lanes

I see this happen extremely often when drivers are getting into lanes to wait at a stop light. I guess they do not know what a SOLID white line means

So have I and my other half has done a 360 in an intersection because of these "drivers", more like 3 year olds behind the wheel.

No one cares, but I see it ALL the time. Hardly any police care either. This world has went to hell in a handbag.

I wonder if they would be as impatient if they knew a ticket would be issued and enforced????
