I bought car, in the car was a burn seat, How to i get rid of the burning smell?

You bought it as is. Most dealers give you a week to bring it back to them to fix any mechanical problems, since this is only cosmetic they won't do anything. You should have looked at the car and test drove it long enough to notice it before you bought it. You can either clean it yourself and hope the smell disappears, or buy a new seat.

Take it back to where you've bought it and have them clean the seat !!
