My ex wants more child support, she claims 0 income but her live in boyfriend has a job. should she report his income for calculation?

we live in Knox county Ohio

The courts don't count his income but they should insist that she earn her own income.

Your ex-wife is not required by law to report the income of her boyfriend for calculation since they are not married so he is not a parent to your child. Child support is only required from the non-custodial parent and not his/her partner after divorce.

No. For one it's just her boyfriend and two, those are ur kids not his. But is there any reason she's not working? She shouldn't just survive off of ur child support. She needs to support her child also
