It is possible for a premature child of age 8 to have 24 permanent teeth. This is because by this age they would have developed the central incisors, lateral incisors and first molars on the upper and lower jaws.

how many permanent teeth she had?

Depends on how many fall out its normal but every 1 is different don't trip....
