My son is 15 & has been adopted by my parents. He does not want to b there! What are his rights in Massachusetts?

I am the biological Mom & he is being neglected as he is in need of mental health treatment for cutting, attempting suicide, ect. They are ignoring these issues! He has asked for help many times!

The options that your son and you have are to find a lawyer to take the case to court. There has to be proof showing neglect as the evidence will help your son who is still not an adult. The child protective services in your local area can also be notified of what is going on. You will be advised on the best course of action to take.

it helped me to look up family law in my state. There is a lot of info available thru the Government listings if you have the time to look and talking to a lawyer helps you can call your states bar association if you need a low cast attorney
