I'm 22 yo female, 5'7", 224 lbs. I do 44 minutes of cardio daily... Is 1200 calories too little?
I have an app that says for "moderate" activity level I can have 1500 calories in order to lose 2 lbs a week... If I change it to sedentary then it says 1200... Im not sure, but I think im kind of in between so should I eat 1350 or 1400 or 1500 / day? .. Im feeling very tired lately & I think im not getting enough nutrients or something
