On my new DSI keyboard, whenever my hands are touching the bottom of the keyboard, the letter b appears and proliferates. What to do?

The problem could be that the keyboard letters are loose. If they are loose then you will notice if you touch a part of the keyboard it proliferates. The letters are supposed to be tightened so that they don't multiply every time you touch the keyboard.
