My upstairs bathroom has an AC vent behind the door. Will closing that vent will push the cooler air out the vents in other upstairs rooms?

I keep the door open but the bathroom is 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the upstairs.

Closing that vent should help the issue. The air that would have excessively cooled the bathroom will be diverted to the other rooms.

Yes indeed like anything in this world it will follow the path of least resistance, can't get through the vent-it has to go somewhere
