Why are you only allowed to answer so many question after you join the answer for the cure group it just told me to wait a hour ?

It isn't because of the answer for the cure.

It is Ask.com. We are only allowed to answer and comment on so many a day.

If I remember right, it is 30 answers per day and 40 comments per day.
