How do you delete pictures on instagram for iPad?

Click "..." in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and one of the options is to delete.

Start by selecting the picture that you want to delete. Next, tap on "..." which is at the bottom right of your photo. You can then tap on delete and it will be deleted. Have a look at http://help.instagram.com/customer/portal/articles/95741-delete-a-photo.
