Is it easy to replace the in sides of a out door water faucet? If I have the rebuilt kit for it.

It is easy to replace the insides of an outdoor water faucet if you have the tools. To do this, first shut off the main water supply and then open then faucet wide. Then remove the retainer nut and unscrew the packing nut. Replace the packing nut with graphite compound then replace the packing nut and tighten it. Would it be easier to just buy a hole new out door water faucet or just replace insides to see if that fixes it?

Try fixing it. You already got the parts so why not? Then if you have to buy a new faucet. Then you'll know how to fix them. Broken things are my favorite thing to mess with cause I can't make it any worse and I might fix it.
